Oh hello everyone - thanks for the positive welcome. Well just sitting on the sofa with the relaxed and wonderful Faith. Marley is a bit nervous of the fireworks; but managing to keep him distracted with cuddles and kisses!!!!
The winnings from the lottery is being put towards the hounds' passports. We have already provisionally booked dog friendly gite, with half acre enclosed garden, in Brittany. Can't wait - but will have to wait until August 2015. Oh well good to have something to look forward to.
As always this evening both Faith and Marley were looking out of the window welcoming me as I returned home from work. What a joy and privilege it is to have these precious dogs in our lives. Don't you agree??!!

What a lovely suprise. Harley will be visiting the dentist (vet) in the new year for teeth cleaning so this will go towards that cost. Having said that, by the time we visit 'Pets at Home' with Tom and Harley to pick up some treats, there probably won't be much left of the winnings.

Just sitting here contemplating whether I wanted to leave the warmth of the lounge to take Elsa & Polo out for a walk when I suddenly realised that it's the last Friday in the month! Neither of them seemed inclined to move, so i've hastily drawn the December winning numbers...... First Prize of £117 goes to Sue Kaerand Second Prize of £39 goes to Marcia ChamberlainCongratulations, ladies - your cheques will be in the post tomorrow Thank you once again to all of our lovely 50:Fifty Club memebers - your support throughout 2014 alone has raised a whopping £1841.50 for Castledon with an additional £790.25 of 'free money' in the form of Gift Aid! By the way, Elsa & Polo still don't seem remotely bothered about going out - suits me fine!

Hooooooorah for us! I just decided this week that I needed to purchase a leopard print collar for Mia. I bought her a little fleece blanket for her bed in leopard print this week and she looked the last word in gorgeousness lying on it. Let the shopping commence! Thank you 50:50 club. Result
