Ha ha! Yes - when we got that sofa many years ago, it was with our dogs in mind Up until now, there's been plenty of room! Have found that if we manage to get to it before Shay climbs up and sprawls out, we can get him to stay up the other end. If we don't get there before him, then all bets are off! Heere's Dale demonstrating......(sorry the photo's a bit blurry!) Is Enya trying to seduce Shay?!! xx

We have found a novel way to create sofa space when Tink is fully sprawled out. Tony slides both arms under his body then bounces Tink into a place that allows me space to sit down. Those who know Tink won't be surprised to learn that Tink remains fast asleep whilst being bounced, yes he really does

How is Shay getting on Andrea? He's doing really well, Rose He's such an affectionate boy who loves his cuddles, as does Enya! So, if you sit on the sofa in the middle of them you get the 2 of them snuggling up to you, which is lovely! Can't believe that it's only been 3 weeks since his arrival! He's getting better at going up the stairs but coming down we have to put him on his harness and guide him carefully as he's not really sure what he should be doing and tries to hurl himself off of the last 4 or 5 steps! Him and Enya are getting on well but Enya's definitely in charge, lol! Only this morning Shay jumped on the bed whilst Enya was on there and she gave a little warning growl, telling him to mind her! It must've worked because he gave her a wide berth! Enya's confidence seems to have improved, too - she trots along knowing full well that no one's going to mess with her with her big brother in tow! Looking forward to the better weather so that we can get out and about and use the garden, too - at the moment it's like a bog! Roll on summer.....!
